Well, by FDA standards, pretty much all lip glosses have to be non-toxic. If you mean best all natural lip gloss brands, I recommend Burt's Bees, but for any other lip gloss, try covergirl's new outlast lip gloss, it works awesome and lasts a long time.Best nontoxic lip gloss brand?
if the lip gloss was toxic i dont think they would sell it because you taste some of it anyways (like when you lick your lips or you eat something) and it could harm you if it was...so there are no toxic lip glosses:)

Lip glosses cannot be toxic, but at the same time, I would not go around eating glosses as if they were candy.
