LIp gloss science fair project.?

I am participating in a science fair and I have to have five different brands of lip glosses. My project is to find out which lip gloss last the longest.

help?LIp gloss science fair project.?
This is a very intersting project you have chosen. I would try and get a good variety of glosses ranging from drug store brands to department store brands. MAC has great gloss in a number of formulations. Are you going to try and keep the same formulation and aplication method as a control for the glosses, ie: high pigment glosses all applied with a brush? or are you going to range the spectrum, ie: one squeeze on, sheer gloss like Lancome Juicy Tubes and a medium coverage with a wand aplicator like MAC Lipglass? The formula, coverage, texture and aplication method will all effect the longevity of the gloss. It might be a good idea to come up with a ';control'; method for aplication such as getting a brush and using it to apply them all. This way your experiment would just be about formulation.

Try a few different types, Lancome Juicy tubes come in sheer and high pigment formulas and tend to be VERY sticky. MAC Lipglass comes in both sheer and medium pigment formulas and is more smooth. C.O. Bigelo Mint Lip Tints are very sheer and shiny, but more greasy than sticky. Try out a few different things and see.

Good Luck!!!!LIp gloss science fair project.?
Max Factor has one of the best glosses on the market at this point....its the naughty or nice collection I LOVE THEM!! Try it out and see what you find out I would LOVE to know your

outcome
go to wal marrrttt!!!

they will know what to do
just pick five random ones and test them on yourself.
I would go with different types of brands. Try choosing 5 brands and go from most expensive to cheapest. Then test all lip glosses to see if either the most expensive brands or the cheapest brands last longer. Compare the expensive and cheaper brands. Which one last longer. Hope this helps.
cool have fun.
