may sound funny but I like bath and body works lip gloss it comes in different colors and it tastes and smells good... my boyfriend loooooves when i wear it he likes the way it looks and the taste :)
The best you can buy is liptoxyl its sheer and also in colors, its the only lip plumper that does not irritate or burn and makes beautiful; hydrated lips.

this stuff is really good, and it tingles when you put it on. it lasts a long time, and when you put it on overnight, your lips are really nice in the morning. it also comes in many different shades. its only $10 too =)
