I really like those lip plumping ones, especially from Lipfusion and Duwop. Chanel and Dior Kiss are also nice and smooth, although they are a little sticky. I cannot recommend Bobby Brown or Clinique they smell bad and are very sticky.
many swear by M.A.C. but i think its sticky -$14-15

i recently found a brand called cargo, chattanooga is one of the most popular and hardest to find-about $18, but you get two shades, its really pretty, i stick to light pinks and natural colors, good luck, u can get the last two at sephora.com

Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush lip glosses lasts alllllll day! They are 2 for $10. Someone also recommended it above. Try the ones with the glitter specs in it, the only flaw, they all are kinda sticky when you press your lips together. If you dont want something so sticky, try the lip butters at The Body Shop, those last all day too, they aren't as glossy, but no stickyness at all.
